Tony has over 20 years experience in Project Management and Quantity Surveying. He has headed up many different types of projects, both new construction and client/occupier fitting out works in the retail, health and commercial sectors including schemes funded under the Private Finance and LIFT Initiatives.

As a Director of SPV’s set up to undertake PFI projects, he has hands on responsibility for the ventures including co-ordination of the bid, design, construction, and implementation phases.

Tony specialises in Project Management techniques including programming, modelling, appraisals and contract management.

Tony is a founding Director of Tropus.
