David has over 25 years experience in project management, quantity surveying and construction/property consultancy covering a wide range of projects in both the public and private sectors, in the UK and overseas, with values ranging from £1 million up to £400 million.

He is also Chief Executive of Guildhouse, specialising in PFI, PPP and LIFT schemes, including the assembling and leading of consortia. He has hands on responsibility and involvement in financial modelling and negotiating the contract structures.

David is a board member of Downland Affinity Housing Association (one of the UK's largest Housing Associations) and an active member of both the British Property Federation.

David is a founding Director of Tropus.
