Fred has nearly 30 years experience in the building industry, predominantly in professional practice. He joined Tropus at the beginning of 2004 to head up the Cost Management/Quantity Surveying division, following a wide ranging international career in the UK and South Africa and including work on projects in the USA, Italy and Holland.

Fred has significant experience in large mixed-use developments and leisure centres, including listed buildings work. He has been involved in work on a wide variety of projects, building types and market sectors.

His commercial, professional and personal skills enable him to provide both high quality financial advice and management and to liaise well with other consultants and with clients.

Fred has an outstanding track record of leading cost management projects and delivering value for clients.
