Under our Project Monitoring service we oversee the project on behalf of the client to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with the contract, to the client’s particular requirements and that it is managed on programme and on budget. This may include third party liaison (including tenant and funder management), Programme Analysis, defects control and close- out reporting.

We also provide a due diligence advisory service for banks, funders and joint venture partners to advise on investments, including the assessment of inherent risks concerning design, construction and operational issues.

Whilst advice at due diligence stage is essential, funder/investors may extend the role through the construction phase to monitor all commercial, technical and programme issues including acting as ‘Independent Tester’ where needed. This advice ensures the investor/funders financial interests are given the appropriate recognition by the developer.

We also undertake Asset Reviews to report on aspects that may reduce the value of an investment, adversely affect revenue potential or increase the total financing requirements, with recommendations for appropriate strategies for mitigation.
